Marilyn Monroe-Sexy Classic

Today is June 1st, which is the birthday of the sexiest blonde bombshell, Marilyn Monroe. She is a sexy classic. Her look, sexy, is a classic look. She couldn't be desexified if she tried. Which she didn't thank God. It was natural, I think it was always in her and she discovered what to do with it. Trying to make Marilyn unsexy is like trying to take out sugar from coffee, you can't do it. She wasn't only sexy, but innocent. This is probably the only female, the only human being on earth that could do sexy-innocent very well. Why? Because it was natural. She had a great figure which we all know, she knew how to carry herself, what to wear (and not wear underneath), but off screen she was vulnerable, insecure, and was still a scare little child. Which came across in her the image she created, Marilyn Monroe, she was still Norma Jean on the inside.

Her iconic looks are of course the beautiful halter neckline full pleated skirt that she wore in Seven Year Itch, the beautiful pink strapless dress with a big bow and pink gloves in Gentlemen Perfer Blondes and of course the beautiful sew-in sparkly gown that she wore when she sang "Happy Birthday, Mr. President". These 3 dresses signified her as a sex symbol. But don't think that she only wore figure hugging dresses. If you watch Gentlemen Perfer Blondes, the wardrobe for that movie, a lot of the clothing and also on Jane Russell can still be worn today, classic of course. Niagara, The Misfits, and Something's Gotta Give, clothing are also classics. Too many starlets try and copy the look of Marilyn, but most come off too sexy or trying too hard, Marilyn even made casual clothes sexy, she was just natural, from head to toe. And when she died she died, "Forever Young".
